Weight Management - Health and Wellbeing

I take a holistic approach to weight gain and weight loss. We will look at your life style, the contributing factors to your personal situation and work out an actionable plan to get you back on track. 

I will also use NLP and hypnotherapy techniques to re-wire the way you brain works to ensure your relationship with food becomes more healthy in all aspects.

Depending on what your personal situation is I can help you on a range of things such as dropping addictions to drinks like diet coke, eating a more balanced diet and even a hypno-gastric band (non surgical) to help restrict your food intake.

Corporate - Mental and Physical Wellbeing

Mental health is rightly a major priority for companies today. Not only do we care about the wellbeing of our staff but time off from mental health illness, stress and anxiety can have a huge impact on a companies profitability.

I offer coaching for career development, techniques to remove stress and anxiety (through NLP and hypnosis) and also carry out talks talking about the importance of physical and mental health and how to keep a healthy body and mind, and even wellbeing retreats. I have worked with the mental health charity 'Mind' for many years now and have a rare understanding of mental health and the best ways to nurture and develop it.

Along side being an accredited NLP practitioner, coach and clinical hypnotherapist I am an ex Gold medalist in Powerlifting and still am extremely active in both body and mind and can be a great role model and advocate for physical and mental health. My retreats focus on digital detoxing, team building, physical activity, mental wellbeing (with relaxation, guided meditation and hypnosis for stress release and confidence building).

Sports Mental Performance

I work with a number of professional athletes from a variety of sports as well as aspiring younger athletes looking to make the steps towards professional sports. I use NLP and Hypnotherapy techniques to help with all the areas listed below and more. Having been a European Champion myself I understand better than most the stresses that an athlete faces mentally.

I understand the challenges that face athletes today from the pressure of performance through, the dangers of social media and the ways money can be a blessing and a curse.
